About Me
I am a writer of various projects. I’ve done copywriting, marketing, social media marketing, review writing, script writing, editing… if there are words that end up on a page or computer screen, I’ve had my hands in that.
I also have experience with running and deploying web servers, deploying and administering various ecommerce platforms, and general Linux server administration. I built this very website! Get yourself a writer who can do it all!

Pitched, wrote, and developed various video scripts, newsletters, blog posts, and client-facing documents and presentation decks, educating clients on best practices for social media marketing and helping them establish strong, sustainable brands
Wrote and researched scripts for comedic/edutainment show Epic How To
- Established creative voice for brand and built online following, leading to the show being sold to a production company to be developed for television

Hook Point Case Study
As part of my role, I wrote case studies on successful clients, to help explain Hookpoint's services to potential clients and how we could generate more engagement for them across all social media platforms. These case studies were used on landing pages to help drive new business.
Hook Point Newsletter
I also wrote weekly newsletters and promotional materials for the company. These newsletters were designed to address common pain points for potential clients, offering actionable steps they could take right now to improve their social media presence. This demonstrated our expertise and helped grow the business.
Epic How To
As the head writer and researcher, I helped pitch video ideas, did all of the necessary research, and wrote every draft. These scripts were designed to be fun, interesting, informative, and shareable. Each video consistently generated ~1 million views, with many breaking 3, 5, or even 7 million. My work led to the show being bought and developed for television.
Honest Trailers
During my time at Defy, I also got to write scripts for the popular (and Emmy-nominated!) series Honest Trailers and Honest Game Trailers. Working in this writers room was a great opportunity to learn from pros who have been doing this for years. It was also super fun to get paid to watch movies and goof on them.
I'm Not That Guy
I pitched and wrote an original story for the popular fiction podcast "The Truth". Working in a small writer's room, I incorporated feedback from other writers. I pitched ideas and edited their stories, as well. I also helped direct recording sessions and voiced a small role in the finished episode. My episode was incredibly well received by fans.
The Masked Panda
I pitched and wrote an original 2 episode story for the children's fiction podcast "Little Stories Everywhere" for Wondery. My original pitch was just one episode, but producers decided to expand the story to 2 parts after falling in love with the world and the characters. This was the first thing I ever wrote for children, and it was a great learning experience.
Newegg
I wrote computer product reviews for Newegg's websites Unlocked and Gamecrate. I wrote reviews ranging across the full spectrum of computer hardware and accessories, including microphones, sound cards, flight sticks, mice, keyboards, and even chairs. Yes, I reviewed a bunch of chairs. I also pitched and wrote a series of articles to help people get into and learn about Linux gaming. Sadly, both websites are now defunct, but some stuff remains on archive.org.
The Arch Linux Wiki
I use Linux every day, both for work and for fun. I contribute my knowledge (as well as my writing ability) to the Arch Linux Wiki. It's like Wikipedia, but solely about Linux. If you're a tech nerd, you've used it and you love it. If you're someone who wants to hire someone with technical writing experience, you want to hire someone who's editing it.
